The Riley Top is a great starter project for a beginner seamstress, or a speedy sew form someone more experienced. The top has a clean and simple style with a straight neckline and boxy fit that finishes just above the hip. The back gathers into elastic which gives a lovely flowing feel for summer
The Riley Top is gorgeous in gingham and flows fabulously in fabrics that have a softer feel. It only needs 1-1.25m of fabric so is ideal for using up leftover fabric from your stash.
